Mickey and Kurt Riesenberg bring over 30 years of combined nonprofit experience to Force Multiplier Management.
Mickey was the Convention Director and Member Services Director for a nonprofit trade association for 10 years, aiding in achieving a 200% increase in event attendance growth, and 117% in revenue for an event hosting 1500 people. She also performed the roles of Staff Accountant and Office Administrator. Prior to that she was the Staff Account for a member-based military education foundation. Mickey is Certified in Event Management (CEM) by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
Kurt most recently spent 13 years as Executive Director for a nonprofit trade association representing high performance insulation and roofing in the construction and chemicals management industry. He oversaw all organizational efforts spanning membership, events, marketing, technical services, professional certification programs, operations and financial management, partnership development and cultivation, strategic planning and board of directors engagement. He’s served multiple industries as an agent of change and market transformation for more than two decades, holding key leadership management positions in the nonprofit sector. His impact in those strategic positions resulted in expansion of distributed and alternative energy technologies, lighting market shift to LEDs, and the emergence of net-zerohigh-performance buildings.
